The Powder Room is a make up boutique shop that recently relocated, and they ask me to take some images of their new store. Kelly and her team specialize in make up for all occasions, spray tans, and facial treatments for everyone. Their new store is absolutely stunning, and I am very confident they will have much success.

Lately the sun has been shining in Cleveland, and summer is in full swing. I have been working a lot at the bakery with graduation and wedding season in full swing. With all the work, and the dry heat, it really makes me crave getting away on a vacation. In due time I will get a vacation, but until then, I figure I would share with you some of the images that I have taken in the past of my travels… Enjoy!

Today’s blog is all about Chicago, and the famous landmarks that this amazing city has to offer. I recently was talking to a company about being a photographer to take images of landmarks, and tourist pictures. The job never came about, but it got me thinking. I realized that I really only had one image of Chicago that I really liked. So I had a day off, and I dubbed it “Tiffany Tourist Day”. I grabbed my camera and literally walked around the city for hours taking pictures of all the landmarks. It was one of the most relaxing days I have had in a very long time. I just pretended that I was a tourist, and had a day of fun. At one point I pretended I was lost, and asked people for directions just to see if they would actually help me. Just a small social experiment of mine, and I ended up meeting a really nice business man, and had a great conversation with him. He even had done business in my hometown Chagrin Falls Ohio. Like I have always said, “Big City, Small World”. While I was walking around the city it really made me appreciate all that Chicago has to offer. My favorite part of the day was just sitting around all the fountains, and watching the kids play in the water. The parks, and fountains, and art that this city has is absolutely incredible. So, I got some fun pictures, watched the kids, got a sunburn, and had a great tourist day. Enjoy the pictures, I encourage everyone to slow down every once in a while, and take a look around at your city. If you want to check out more images or buy prints of the city click the link below….
I recently spent the weekend at my Alma Mater Ohio University for a wedding. I only graduated from OU three years ago, and every time I go to visit, I don’t want to go home. The small town of Athens, Ohio never ceases to please me. With the 20+ bars in two blocks, the homemade beer, hot dogs, pizzas, and burritos I always feel like I could stay there forever. Two of my friends Bret and Valerie met in class at OU, got engaged and married on the green. The wedding was absolutely stunning, and 100 degrees. No matter how hot the weather was, it didn’t stop anyone from having a good time. I couldn’t help but get teary eyed when I looked around, and saw all the love. The love of friends, Athens, Ohio University, and everything that it brought, and brings into all our our lives. There were so many good college friends there, and we enjoyed the weekend to the fullest extent! Perhaps…too much, I seem to still be recovering, apparently I am not in college anymore. My father, Aunt Mary Kaye, Aunt Patricia, myself, and now my sister Katie all attended Ohio University. The campus is beautiful, and brings out the best in happiness, and education. It may sound cheesy, but every time I am on the campus, all my worries disappear. Congratulations Brett and Val!
